Your access to and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including, but not limited to: visitors, users and others, who wish to access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Text Messaging Policy:

Falling Tide Farewells may communicate with clients using text messaging. Clients will be asked to opt-in during their initial consultation and may additionally opt-in at any time during their engagement with Falling Tide Farewells services. All text messaging communication is subject to the privacy policy.

Messages will be used for transactional purposes only (ie: scheduling reminders, clarifying questions about payment options, updating Falling Tide Farewells about the progression of a particular death vigil, etc) and will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages will be sent as needed. Coaching clients can expect to receive messages approximately once a week, depending on their specific case.

Message and Data rates may apply. Text back “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to opt-out of future text messages. In the event that clients want to resume text messages, they can text “START” back to that same number and text message communications will begin again.
